I would like to add a noise nuisance but it doesn;t fit into any of your current categories. We have a prison that we live next to (HMP Rochester) which has never been a problem but last year a new extension was built to the prison right next to our house which brings with it exsessive noise coming from the inmates.

How about a link to the Environmental Law Foundation (ELF) which is a charitable foundation advising individuals and groups on environmental issues, such as noise problems. They referred us to an environmental lawyer (FOC) who studied our case and responded with suggestions (FOC). I can supply contact details if required.
